Situated in a peaceful and serene locale within Mumbai city, it is impeccably maintained and easily accessible by all means of transport. Located in Madh Island, the bungalow is ideal for events, product launches, film/serial shoots, photoshoots, corporate meetups, and corporate training exercises.
● Adani Electricity provides electricity and, the amount payable is as per the actual usage.
● The bungalow only provides a service light and is included in the daily license fee.
● A generator is not present as most units bring them along.
● There is ample space in the bungalow premise for 2-3 mid-size vanity cars and a generator.
● Loading and unloading of props can take place in a fuss-free manner.
The bungalow premise can accommodate at least 8-10 cars. There is also an adjoining plot for additional parking space that can accommodate up to 25-30 cars.
Only 30 minutes from the city of Mumbai, Avatar bungalow is a resort-like house specially designed as a commercial production facility, the only one of its kind. Avatar bungalow is maintained and fully prepped with a land area of 13,500 sqft and French size windows approx. 600sqft in kitchen, rooms, and bathroom. Furniture, lamps, ornaments, rugs, and all other props and accessories can be relocated from room to room as per your creative needs.

In most of the shooting, the bedroom on the ground floor is used as a makeup room. Also there is enough space in the bungalow premises for packing of 2-3 small mid-size vanity cars with generators. Parking is also available in the adjoining plot for vanity, car parking etc.
